The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 158 days in representing the appeal, challenging the judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No.49 of 2020 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, dated 17.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.
