ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17966 of 2025 dated16.10.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the petitioner is having 19 previous cases.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and since the petitioner is having 19 previous cases, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days, ie., on 1st and 15th working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
