This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17992 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he filed an affidavit before the trial Court that he will not commit any offence hereinafter and he is now employed in Coimbatore. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the earlier condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, and since he filed an affidavit before the trial Court stating that he will not commit any offence in future and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is now employed in Coibatore, the condition imposed by this Court is fully relaxed.
