C-60 To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 14090 of 2025 dt.26.08.2025 ie. condition (C) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.00 AM untilfurther orders.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14090 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for nearly 28 days. Further, the investigation is pending and the petitioners 1 and 3 have two previous cases each.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 28 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14090 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14090 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025 is modified as ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 AM once in a month and also as and when required.''
