ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 CrPC / Section 528 BNSS, seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.212 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.212 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police. Only to counter blast the FIR, which was registered as against the second respondent, the aforesaid case came to be registered as against the petitioner and others, in Crime No.211 of 2025 at the instance of the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that considering the fact that both the cases were registered in Crime No.211 & 212 of 2025 with respect to physical and verbal altercation between the respective parties in both the cases. He also pointed out that the same had arisen out of trivial indifference between the parties and had volunteered before this Court that both the FIRs may be quashed.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials placed before this Court.

5. Considering the fact that both the FIRs are case and case-in-counter and also considering the submissions made, this Court hereby quashes the FIRs in Crime No.211 & 212 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent herein. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
