ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the 1st respondent in Crl.M.P.No.851 of 2025 by order dated 31.10.2025 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court (Mahaleer Neethimandram), Ramanathapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The main ground raised by the petitioner/de-facto complainant for cancellation of the bail granted to the 1st respondent is that, after being released on bail, the 1st respondent threatened the witnesses. However, there is no material on record to substantiate the said allegation. Further, no separate complaint has been lodged by the petitioner in this regard. It is submitted that the case is now posted for the examination of witnesses. Therefore, this Court finds no valid ground to cancel the bail granted to the 1st respondent.
