Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction Directing the respondent 2 to 5 to take appropriate action upon the 6th respondent for continuously incurring damages to the petitioner's building by digging his property under S.No. 181/1 for a depth of 15 feet and leaving the said property left open, causing endanger to human life and further direct the respondents to close the said dimple either on their cost or on the cost of the petitioner.
