Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide Cable T.V.Network link directly from the OFC wire line passing on adjacent to Sornapuram Street, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, by taking into consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2013, as expeditiously as possible, within the time stipulated by this Court. The writ petition has bee filed for a direction to the second respondent to provide Cable T.V.Network link directly from the O.F.C with line passing on adjacent to Sornapuram Street, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District, by taking into consideration of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2013, as expeditiously as possible, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been running a cable TV net work business at Tenkasi for the past 30 years. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a representation to the respondents on 21.01.2013 and so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.Abdul Saleem, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Arasu Cable TV Corporation submitted that they are ready and willing to consider the petitioner's representation within a time limit prescribed by this Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2013, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as any rival claimant, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
