Complaining of certain harassment by the fourth respondent by misusing his official powers and registering a false case against the petitioner and his family members, the petitioner had made a representation to the third respondent for taking action against the fourth respondent. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader while reiterating the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner are false and that these respondents had not ill-treated or misused their official capacity and that there was no harassment from their side.
3. However, in view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim made by him, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2013 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
