O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition, directing the respondent to take action for removal of the encroachment made in front of the property in S.No. 359 of Bodikamanvadi village, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The proceedings dated 17 September 2012 indicates that the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Aathur has already taken action

for removal of encroachment. In view of the notice dated 17 September 2012, no further order is necessary in this matter, more so, on account of the fact that the encroachers are not made parties to the writ petition.

3.The writ petition is closed with the above observation. No costs.
