Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.299 of 2008, dated 27.02.2012 regarding Shop.No.21 and 22 and the impugned notification issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.299 of 2008, dated 18.2.2013 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the second respondent to confirm the auction in favour of the Petitioner regarding the Shop No.21 and 22.
