Challenge in this writ petition is the order of rejection by the Tahsildar, Nanguneri, whereby the request of the petitioner to pay additional compensation under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 was rejected on the ground that the application was not made within stipulated time of three months. 2.Since the original award passed by the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court No.III), Tirunelveli, dated 31.12.2003 is set aside and the matter was remanded back by allowing the appeal suits in A.S.(MD).Nos.191, 192 of 2008 and 83 of 2009, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
