O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to approve the school committee for Managing the school, namely, T.S.Rajan Primary Government Aided School.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side have submitted that this petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority afresh, if so required.

3. In view of the above submissions, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, with liberty as sought for by the petitioner. No costs.
