ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is as follows:- "The writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to take action against the second respondent on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 8.3.2012 in accordance with law." 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for respondents. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is ready to pay the interest at 24% per annum provided the second respondent would waive the penal interest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would express his client's willingness to waive penal interest, if the petitioner pays the interest at the rate of 24% per annum within a specific period.

5.In the above circumstances, there will be a direction to the petitioner to pay the loan amount with admitted interest at the rate of 24% per annum on or before 31.07.2017. If the entire amount is not settled by 31.07.2017, the second respondent shall be at liberty to proceed to take action as per law for the recovery of the amount including penal interest. 6.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2013 are closed.
