ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent forbearing him from interfering in the civil dispute with regard to the petitioner's property in Plot No.319, Old Plot No.356 in Chockkanathapuram, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the dispute with regard to the subject property is between the petitioner and the Respondents 4 & 5 and in this case a civil suit in O.S.No.44 of 2013 is also pending. While that being so, the petitioner submitted that third respondent is illegally interfering with the civil dispute, there by causing inconvenience to the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent on instructions submitted that the apprehension of petitioner is unfounded and that there is no interference for the third respondent in this regard. 4.The learned Additional government Pleader further submitted that based on the complaint, the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 & 5 had appeared before the police and had given an undertaking that they will maintain the status quo and peace till the civil dispute is concluded.
5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further orders are required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There is no order as to costs.
