(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This Petition has been filed seeking to issue summons to the respondents 23 to 31 through substituted service.

2. In the affidavit, it had been stated that though summons had been taken earlier, the same could not be served on the said respondents. The summons had been returned back that there was no such addressee.

3. Taking into consideration of all factors, this petition stands allowed. The publication to be effected on or before 21.11.2025, in any one issue of Malai Malar having circulation in Dindigul District indicating the date of hearing would be 02.01.2026. [C.V.K., J.] [R.V., J.] vsm 14.11.2025
