ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2012 for releasing her original sale deed in respect of the house property.

2.According to the petitioner, she had borrowed a loan from the second respondent by pledging her original sale deed of her house property. Though she had settled her entire loan amount on 16.08.2011 itself, the second respondent had failed to return the original sale deed. Hence, the petitioner had given a representation, dated 22.11.2012 requesting the first respondent to release her original sale deed. Though the first respondent had received the representation, the same has not been considered till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

today. Hence, the petitioner has come out with the present writ petition.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2012 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in case sale deed has not already been returned. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
