O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2013 and to initiate criminal proceedings against the 5th respondent for fabrication of the forged document by the 5th respondent dated 12.06.2012 in the name of the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The case of the petitioner is that he had submitted a representation dated 07.01.2013 to the 1st respondent regarding fabrication of the order dated 12.06.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent by the 5th respondent and also for taking action against him. Since there was no response on the said representation, the petition is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the 1st respondent, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders be passed.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 07.01.2013 submitted by the petitioner, if not considered earlier and pass suitable orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, R5 and other interested parties, if any.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
