ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.80 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police, which was registered for the offences under Sections 147,120B, 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the case was closed on 28.11.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
