ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Judge, Pudukottai, to dispose the O.S.No.62 of 2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. This Court, vide order dated 19.01.2026, had directed the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukottai, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suit and in compliance of the same, the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukottai, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.104/2026, dated 31.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2010 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 702 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2025 is 140.
3. Since the present suit is of the year 2025, the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukottai, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2025, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
