ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize his services in the fifth respondent bank from the date of his appointment.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he is working from 29.07.1981 in the fifth respondent bank, his services are not regularised. Therefore, it is for the fifth respondent to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Though notice was ordered and issued to the fifth respondent and the name of the fifth respondent is printed in the cause list, they have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the (*)first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner seeking regularization and pass appropriate orders on the said request on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. No costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
