This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the Rent Court (Learned Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam), to dispose of the RLTOP No. 6 of 2023 within a definite time framed as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition notice to the respondent is hereby dispensed with. Considering the fact that petition in RLTOP.No.6 of 2023 is pending for the past two years and also the said case is now at the stage of evidence, there shall be a direction to the learned Rent Control Tribunal cum Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam to dispose the RLTOP.No.06 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
