O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 22.11.2024, wherein this Court clarified that if the private respondents attempt to cause any law and order problem, the respondent police shall deal with the same in a manner known to law. The petitioner, based on mere apprehension, has filed the present contempt petition alleging that if he starts cultivating the land, the private respondents may cause problems. Such mere apprehension will not amount to any contempt. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to inform the police and proceed with cultivation, and in the event of any law and order issue, the police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.
