ORDER
The petitioner's grievance is that the third respondent without notice to them and other joint owners of the property comprised in S.No.105/A, S.Kannanur village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District had modified the patta entry by adding the name of the respondents 5 to 12. Ventilating his grievance, he has given representation to the respondents on 16.05.2011. Since the representation has not been considered, he sought for a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation. 2.In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.
2011, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing orders, the third respondent shall give due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 12 and to any other persons who may be interested in the subject lands. It is open to the respondents to raise the question of maintainability while the representation of the petitioner is under consideration. 3.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
