O R D E R

The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 and 5 on account of the encroachment in respect of the property in S.No.105 in Kurayur Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. None appeared on behalf of the respondents 4 and 5.

3.We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 18 January 2013 and 21 January 2013 on merits and in accordance with law with notice to the respondents 4 and 5. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representations dated 18 January 2013 and 21 January 2013 along with a copy of this order so as to enable the third respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
