Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 26.09.2012 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent to provide educational loan to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.5,40,000/- (for four years) to pursue her B.D.S.degree course in the second respondent college and also direct the second respondent college to allow the petitioner to pursue her course from the date of discontinuance from the college, with full attendance. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 26.09.2012 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent to provide educational loan to the petitioner for a sum of Rs.5,40,000/- (for four years) to pursue her B.D.S. degree course in the second respondent college and also direct the second respondent college to allow the petitioner to pursue her course from the date of discontinuance from the college, with full attendance.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for R1 and R3 and perused the records.

The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that as to the order of this Court dated 23.07.2013, the petitioner has been granted a sum of Rs.2,43,000/- (Rupees two lakhs and forty three thousand only) as education loan by the first respondent bank and the same was also availed by her and she has to complete her B.D.S. degree course in the month of February, 2016.
