This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiroarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Proceedings in Moo.Mu.B4-10196-2012 dated 04.12.2012 on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same and directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the necessary computerized patta in the name of the petitioner pertaining to the lands bearing Survey No.166/2 to an extent of 2 acres, Survey No.166/1B to an extent of 4.84 acres, and Survey No.166/5 to an extent of 44 cents all situated in Poovanthi Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with the same cause of action, in the name of legal heirs of the petitioner, as the petitioner has died. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition with the same cause of action in the name of legal heir of the petitioner. No costs.
