ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Pursuant to the direction given by the Division Bench on 17.02.2025 in W.P(MD)No.3953 of 2025, the Tahsildar, Rajapalayam had passed eviction order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905. It is stated that the encroacher has filed a suit and obtained an interim injunction in his favour. Therefore, the authorities are not in a position to enforce their eviction order. It is for the petitioner herein to get impleaded in the said suit.
