This petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the 1st respondent from interfering in civil dispute, related to the petitioner's Thar Plant in Punja land in Survey No.306/1 & 2 situated at Kottampatti Village, Melur Taluk.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and the petition may be closed as infructuous, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh, if so required.
