ORDER

( By Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) The review applicant herein had filed W.P.(MD)No.990 of 2015 and the said writ petition was allowed. The order of the learned single judge was questioned by the District Collector, Dindigul. We allowed the writ appeal filed by the District Collector on the ground that the review applicant ceased to have locus standi because her tenure had expired. We do not find any error in our order. If at all it is only the said Chelladurai who could be said to be an aggrieved person. He alone can question any consequential action. 2.With the aforesaid observation, this review application is dismissed. Allowing of the writ appeal or dismissal of this review application will not come in the way of Chelladurai from defending his appointment in the manner 2/4

known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
