By relying on UDR record in relation to survey No.99/1B2 and the release deed dated 18.09.2015 in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner had submitted multiple representations seeking restoration of his late father's name in the revenue records relating to the above mentioned property. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. By referring to a communication dated 25.09.2025 from the Special Tahsildar, he submits that the petitioner's father's name does not currently find place in the Natham Settlement Records. He also submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would consider the petitioner's request and pass orders thereon.

3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for restoration of his 2/4

father's name in the revenue records within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons who would be affected by such decision. No costs.
