ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned DSGI for R1, R2 & R4. Issuance of notice to R5 is dispensed with.
2. The writ petitioner is a registered MSME. His case is that the fifth respondent had not settled his dues. The petitioner has to necessarily go before 2/4
the jurisdictional Facilitation Counsel under MSME Act. I am certain that once an application is filed before the jurisdictional Facilitation Counsel, it shall be numbered immediately and given a time bound disposal.
3. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
