Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, direct the second respondent to comply with order passed by the first respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.T4/29683/2012 dated 04.05.2012 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed to cancel the legal heir certificate issued in favour of the 4th respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Since already the petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.7066 of 2012, cancelling the death certificate issued

in favour of the 4th respondent on the very same ground, this Court after considering the entire material, dismissed the said writ petition, and the finding given in the earlier writ petition is squarely applicable to the facts of the present case also. Hence, this Court cannot take a different view in the present writ petition. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
