ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.15105 of 2025 dated 07.11.20258.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Earlier, this Court had already granted interim bail to the petitioner dated 07.11.2025 with effect from 10.11.2025 to 24.11.2025, and the condition that the report to the respondent police. Further, it is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's daughter was discharged from the hospital. Therefore, this Court had kept the interim bail in abeyance.

4. Today, it is reported that the petitioner's daughter was suffering from a heart ailment; hence, the petitioner's presence is necessary for the heart surgery of his daughter. Hence, the order of interim bail kept in abeyance is revoked.

5. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.15105 of 2025 dated 07.11.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Sivakasi Town Police Station, Sivakasi, daily at 10.30 a.m., during the interim bail period. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
