2. In a suit for partition where issues have been framed as early as in the year 2024 and posted for trial, the same has been repeatedly adjourned, without any progress. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
