The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner or family members.

petitioner and it is admitted that now the said Deputy Superintendent of Police has been transferred to some other station. 3.Considering the fact that the Deputy Superintendent of Police, against whom the petitioner made allegations, has already been transferred to some other place, no further order is necessary in this Writ Petition. If at all the petitioner has any grievance in future, it is always open to him to seek any other remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
