ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10922 of 2025 dt. 17.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The learned counsel for the intervenor vehemently objected for relax the condition since A3 and A4 were secured. The said objection cannot be a ground for rejection of relaxation of condition which the petitioners are complying regularly.

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
