ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.17112 of 2025 dt. 09.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 09.10.2025 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Manamadurai Police Station, Manamadurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
