PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned selection list dated 13.12.2012 regarding the post of Bursar in the Government Colleges in the Tamil Nadu Educational Service, 2007-2009 on the file of the first respondent and quash the selection list and further direct the respondents to select the candidates by providing necessary reservation for the candidates studying in Tamil Medium and following the roster.
