ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition No.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.847 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after released on bail in the present case, the petitioner has complied with the condition from 20.09.2025 to 25.09.2025, subsequently the petitioner was arrested on 26.09.2025 in another case and was released on bail on 11.10.2025 and that thereafter, the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.10.2025 till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would also concede the same.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet 2/4

came to be filed and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.375 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tenkasi.

5. Considering the above, the condition No.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.847 of 2025, dated 28.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and on all hearing dates without fail. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
