ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal Sub Judge, Palani, Dindigul District to dispose of the case in S.C.No.162 of 2011 expeditiously.

2. It is the case of the petitioner/defacto complainant that the alleged occurrence took place in the year 2010 and the witnesses have not been examined so far.
3. The petitioner is justified in making the said request as the alleged occurrence took place in the year 2010 and the final report has been filed in the year 2011. It is stated that out of 19 witnesses, 10 witnesses have already been examined. Since only 9 witnesses have to be examined, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Palani is directed to expedite the trial in S.C.No.162 of 2011 and conclude the same within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
