This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitionerin Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12422 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complied with the condition regularly.

4. Since the petitioner regularly complied with the order of this Court the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12422 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 14.11.2025 ksa 2/4
