ORDER

This Civil Revision petition is filed seeking to set aside the docket order dated 'Nil' returning the petition in unnumbered D.R.P.No. of 2025 in O.S.No.205 of 2023 and for issuance of an appropriate direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District to number D.R.P.No. of 2025 in O.S.No.205 of 2023 filed under Order 13 Rule 9 of C.P.C. for return of two documents marked as Ex.A2 and Ex.A6 through PW1 for the present prupose.

2. In a case where orders were reserved on 18.10.2024 and posted for orders on 08.11.2024, judgement has still not been pronounced and the request of the petitioner has been returned stating that the suit is still pending.

3. In view of the above, the return made by the court below is set aside with a direction to the Subordinate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
