ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.234 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Special Court for Mines and Minerals, Madurai, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20220001679C202500600 on 27.11.2025. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judge, Special Court for Mines and Minerals, Madurai, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
