ORDER
By relying on pre-UDR records relating to land in S.No.214/1A in the joint name of Dhanushkodi Kone, the petitioner had applied for correction of alleged UDR errors before the respondent. The present writ petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the sole respondent. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that notice was issued on 14.11.2025 to the first petitioner for an inquiry on 28.11.2025. He submits further that orders would be passed on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners' request for correction of alleged UDR errors on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners and to all the current pattadhars. No costs.
