Alleging that some third parties are interfering with the business operations of the petitioner, he has submitted a representation dated 04.03.2013 before the respondents and because of their action, the present petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose his representation.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner's representation is with regard to commercial venture for a particular period, which itself is over by this time. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication, which is not refuted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
