O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1 and 2 respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as pre vocational Instructor (Tailoring) from the date of appointment on 09.07.2018 and confer all the consequential benefits.

2. It is to be noted that the 3rd respondent has sent a proposal to the first respondent on 09.01.2019, seeking to approve the appointment of the petitioner as pre vocational Instructor (Tailoring).

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent with regard to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Pre-Vocational Instructor (Tailoring) and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
