Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Ref.No.CEC/SW/90th Coord./ATR/2013/22143/04.03.2013, dated 01.03.2013 on the file of the first respondent and the consequential impugned office order in Ref.No.EMMRC/MKU/O.O/2013, dated 14.03.2013 on the file of the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to fix the nature of work for the petitioner in the cadre of Production Assistant within the time stipulated by this Court.

Further, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has also made the following endorsement: "May the Court be pleased to permit the withdrawal of the petition by the petitioner."

2.In view of the above endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
