Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first and second respondents herein their men, agents, servants or any one claiming under them from interfering in the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of Survey No.119/4C to an extent of 4360 1⁄2 square feet situated at Thattankulam Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.
