Survey No.591/4, Palamarathupatti, Thottanuthu Village, Dindigul District.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has given a representation dated 13 August, 2012 to the first respondent. The same has been forwarded to the Jurisdictional Tahsildar, namely, the second respondent herein. The second respondent shall conduct a survey and if it is seen that there is encroachment in Public Street, the same shall be removed after giving due notice to the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
